General Information
The Town of Beaux Arts Village sits at longitude W122º12'7" and latitude N47º35'9" in King County, Washington. Downtown Bellevue is about 3 miles away and Downtown Seattle is less than 10 miles away. Deputy Clerk Angela Kulp FORM OF GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY SERVICES TOWN SERVICES Clerk-Treasurer Sue Ann Spens handles all issues before the Town Council, answers questions about general Town business and Water Department billings, manages all financial records and reporting, and is the person you will likely speak with when you call the Town's telephone number. Deputy Clerk Angela Kulp handles all aspects of the Building Department, including permits and variances, and handles all issues before the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment. The Town contracts with Kolke Consulting for building-official, inspection, and code-enforcement services and with Mona Green for planning services. The Town also contracts with BB Service Co. for public-works services. The Beaux Arts Water Department provides water to residents of the Town from a deep artesian well. Because the water distributed to homes is not treated with chlorine, the Town arranges for periodic testing as prescribed by the Washington State Department of Health to ensure its safety. No fluoride is added to the water either, so parents should consult with the pediatrician or dentist for fluoride supplements for their children.
