Comprehensive Plan

An important task of the Planning Commission is the periodic review of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, which serves as a master plan for the development of the Town.  Even though Beaux Arts is nearly fully developed, the plan serves an important role in maintaining the character of the Town as properties are re-developed.
